Hotel Video Shoot @ Navutu Dreams

Navutu Dreams is thrilled to announce that another resort+destination video is in the making through our collaboration with a professional American photographer & videographer, Mike Hess of How to Get There. We have been busy snapping on this video project for three amazing days and most of the scenes were shot at our resort as well as the top Siem Reap tourist attractions. There on the go was our Marketing Manager, Ryatt Lucero who helped along and took photographs of the behind the scenes action.

Day 1 involved scenes filmed at our Siem Reap resort such as our spacious guestrooms & suites, beautiful grounds, three swimming pools, tropical spa, restaurant and 2 yoga studios. A healing session with a Ryoho Yoga therapist, a spa session featuring our signature ‘coffee scrub’ treatment, a culinary class with our Resident Chef, a dining experience for two (Thanks to our models, Alex & Daisy) and a yoga community class were also captured on film.

Day 2 began with a sunrise meditation session at the 19th century-old Wat Bo Pagoda which was followed by a trip around the floating village of Kampong Phluk, capturing the flooded forests and lakeside village life. The shooting concluded with a visit to the social enterprise of Artisans Angkor where the process of silk farming was filmed.

Day 3 involved exploring the magnificent beauty of the Kingdom of Angkor which covered the main temples such as Bayon Temple, Ta Prohm (known as the ‘Tomb Raider’ temple) and Angkor Wat. The shoot also included a visit to the Angkor Night Market and Pub Street and ended with a stunning performance at Phare, The Cambodian Circus which prides itself as Siem Reap’s most top-rated evening entertainment.

We will post the video up here once it is ready. In the meantime, here is a sneak peek from ‘behind the scenes’ across the three-day hotel video shoot..
